Gather vital information necessary to offer a charter sales quote while thoroughly answering questions and setting proper expectations regarding the product and the charter process.
Quickly and accurately process price quote requests for clients
Accurately match pricing to actual and forecasted demand to maximize yield on high demand destinations and low demand days
Cultivate strong relationships with brokers and clients to sell charter inventory
Manage out-bound follow up calls to qualified prospects
Ability to negotiate effectively with all levels of clients.
Maximize fleet utilization and secure supplemental lift as needed
Assist in negotiations of bulk fuel contracts as needed
Other duties as assigned to conduct business.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Aviation or related field and 2-3 years related experience.
Understand flight operation fundamentals and regulations in the National Airspace System
Must be detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including great organization and time management skills.
World class customer service skills to high touch individuals
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, including offline or project work.
Experience in a thriving sales environment preferred
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
