Title: Revenue Management Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Gather vital information necessary to offer a charter sales quote while thoroughly answering questions and setting proper expectations regarding the product and the charter process.
- Quickly and accurately process price quote requests for clients
- Accurately match pricing to actual and forecasted demand to maximize yield on high demand destinations and low demand days
- Cultivate strong relationships with brokers and clients to sell charter inventory
- Manage out-bound follow up calls to qualified prospects
- Ability to negotiate effectively with all levels of clients.
- Maximize fleet utilization and secure supplemental lift as needed
- Assist in negotiations of bulk fuel contracts as needed
- Other duties as assigned to conduct business.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Aviation or related field and 2-3 years related experience.
- Understand flight operation fundamentals and regulations in the National Airspace System
- Must be detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including great organization and time management skills.
- World class customer service skills to high touch individuals
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, including offline or project work.
- Experience in a thriving sales environment preferred
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
