An extension of ExpressJet's Airline Pilot Pathway Program.
Academy Ambassador Responsibilities:
●Assist ExpressJet Recruiters with planning school events, career fairs and workshops
●Advertise event and invite students
●Assist with event setup and breakdown
●Schedule early FO interviews
●Reserve interview space.
●Distribute SWAG and XJT News throughout the semester to keep students engaged
●Plan and host events students interested in learning more about ExpressJet Regular check in with AP3 students who have a Conditional Job Offer with ExpressJet
●Understand the AP3 time-line and be able to speak knowledgably about the program
●Ability to answer ExpressJet specific questions
●Contribute to our social media presence by tagging ExpressJet in posts
●Participate in conference calls
●Attend bi-annual training in IAH
●Submit monthly email a report to the Campus Ambassador Coordinator including
➢SWAG Box request (as needed)
➢Ideas and time frame for next self – hosted event
➢ Airline competitor events
➢Anything else you deem necessary for us to know
Academy Ambassador Compensation:
•The Campus Ambassador position is paid and you are officially hired-on at ExpressJet and assigned an employee number.
•Compensation is $100/monthly
•Travel Benefits are included on United Airlines and United Express Carriers
•ExpressJet branded gear is gifted to you
•Hotel rooms are provided for training
