Reminder to complete the 2026 DEI survey

WMU encourages you to participate in the diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) inventory survey sent on Jan. 12 by Dr. Danyelle Gregory, interim vice president for diversity and inclusion. We’re asking that faculty and staff who have not completed the Qualtrics survey do so by Friday, Jan. 30. Your response will help us better understand the full scope of work underway at WMU to advance DEI, while also ensuring appropriate alignment with state and federal antidiscrimination requirements. 

The inventory is intended for all faculty and staff across every vice presidential area. The intent is for broad participation and our intention is to collect both formal efforts related to DEI as well as integration of the work into daily practices.
