How do I apply?
Applicants must submit (1) a professional resume, (2) the scholarship application form, and (3) a two-page essay outlining their career objectives and how the degree will assist them in completing these objectives.

What are the scholarship criteria?
1. Priority will be given to students with an excellent academic record.
2. Priority will be given to students whose career objectives will enhance the capacity of public, nonprofit, or health care organizations to carry out their missions. 3. Priority will be given to students who are not receiving financial aid from other sources.

If students are receiving aid from employers or other sources, the combination of financial assistance cannot exceed tuition and fees. Although eligibility for The Margaret and Leo Stine Endowed Memorial Scholarship is not determined by financial need or based on whether students qualify for student financial assistance, applicants may want to complete a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Assistance). By completing the FAFSA, WMU can determine if a student is eligible for other scholarship or financial aid program funds. Information about FAFSA can be obtained from their website at http://www.wmich.edu/finaid/.
