Overview
The Certificate in Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) prepares educators and related service personnel to address the unique behavioral needs of PreK–12 learners through proactive, data-driven, and collaborative practices. Grounded in prevention-focused, school-wide systems, this program equips participants to plan and implement effective interventions for students with challenging behaviors. Ideal for educators seeking to strengthen classroom management or support students with both academic and behavioral needs, the certificate fosters skills that promote positive, inclusive learning environments. Participants will gain the tools to work effectively with school teams and take on leadership roles in the implementation of positive behavior supports.
