Short-Term ESL Programs
Study English at WMU!
Short-term ESL programs at Western Michigan University provide students with the opportunity to visit the U.S., study English at an American university, and experience American culture. The dedicated staff at CELCIS provide creative and intensive language lessons and recreational activities customized to meet the needs of your group.
Eligibility
- Groups of six or more
- Age 17+
- Program duration: four to 12 weeks
- University students or business professionals
- F-1 or J-1 visas—students on tourist (B) visas are not eligible
Highlights
- 20 hours per week of English instruction
- Instruction available at various levels and can be customized to meet the needs of the group (example: business English)
- Recreational activities and field trips
