A new residence hall for incoming students is being planned on the site of Valley 3. The current buildings will close this summer and undergo new construction. The new residence hall will open fall 2026. The project is part of Housing’s ongoing goal to modernize and enhance services and facilities to provide the amenities students expect. While the closure of Valley 3 will shift available housing options, including the number of single rooms and the location of Learning Communities, Housing’s goal is to continue to offer on-campus living space for as many students as possible. Henry Hall will reopen this fall to add to housing options on main campus.
