You’ve made a great choice with WMU campus housing!

Nowhere in Kalamazoo will you find the convenience, service and choices available with Western Michigan University’s campus housing. Students enrolled in at least one credit hour are eligible to live in WMU’s residence halls and apartments. Residence hall options include building styles, learning communities and special amenities. Apartment options include apartment type, location and contract/lease duration.

Log in to the Housing Portal with your Bronco NetID and password. If you have not changed the temporary password that was provided in your admission letter, visit Change Password prior to logging in. If you do not have your Bronco NetID and temporary password, please contact the Technology Help Desk at (269) 387-HELP or email helpdesk@wmich.edu.

Residence halls

Eligibility: All WMU students

  • New student sign-up for fall begins at 10 a.m. EST Jan. 29, 2020. Contracts are date, not time, stamped. Students who sign up at 11 p.m. have the same priority as students who sign up at 10 a.m. the same day.
  • Returning student sign-up begins in January.

WMU Apartments - Arcadia Flats and Western View

Eligibility: Upper-level, non-traditional and graduate students; 18 at the time of housing sign-up; non "beginner" designation per university student classification; cannot accommodate families.

  •  Lottery sign-up begins Dec. 6, 2019.
  • Roommate Groups begin Jan. 6, 2020.
  • Apartment selection starts Feb. 3, 2020.

WMU Apartments - Goldsworth Valley and Stadium Drive

Eligibility: Upper-level, non-traditional and graduate students; 18 at the time of housing sign-up; students with families.

  •  Roommate Groups begin March 2, 2020.
  • Sign-up starts March 30, 2020.

Spindler

Eligibility: Seniors, non-traditional and graduate students at least 21 years of age

  • Sign-up starts March 30, 2020.
