Apartments Summer Residence Hall Rates

2024-25 RATES

Housing and dining rates are the per-person cost for housing and food. The residence hall contract is for a full academic year unless the resident is transferring, studying abroad, withdrawing or graduating. Henry Hall rates will be the same as Valley Rates. Rates for 2025-26 should be known in late June.

Internet access

All rooms are connected to ResNet, the high-speed residential computing network at Western Michigan University. An Internet fee will be charged to each student's WMU account.

Parking

Parking permit: Parking Services

Full-time student: $300 per year
Full-time student: $150 per semester
Part-time student: $130 per semester

Paying Your Rent

Rent is billed by the semester to WMU student accounts. If applicable, financial aid may be applied to WMU student accounts toward housing charges. Consult with Financial Aid if you have questions. For payment plan information, please contact Accounts Receivable. Payments can be made with Bronco Express in the Financial Aid office in Faunce Student Services or online through your GoWMU account. Checks should be made payable to Western Michigan University.
