Cultural Competency Training

NOTE: As of Wednesday, Aug. 4 - masks are required indoors on campus, regardless of vaccine status. Of course, this is subject to change as local conditions evolve. We will post updates on this page. Please refer to WMU COVID-19 website for more information.

This workshop will address how your identity impacts your views of justice, diversity, equity and inclusion. This interactive, thought-provoking training will help you transform our organizational culture. Participants will understand their own bias and look at ways to reduce the incidence of bias when working with students, faculty and staff.

Note: As this is an interactive workshop, we will not record for viewing at a later date. For those who want an online experience, EVERFI Diversity and Inclusion training is available on the GoWMU portal.
