Submit a Service Request

Service Hub will be unavailable beginning June 2, as work order management is migrated to the new goWMU Case management system. Please use this temporary service request form until July 11 when goWMU Case Management is available. This form will send an email to the address of the IT department(s) associated with the unit/division you select.
