Bio:

Dr. Beixi Li is an assistant professor in the Department of Educational Leadership, Research, and Technology. She teaches qualitative research methods and mixed-methods classes. Her research focuses on adult education and human resource development. She received her Ph.D. in Learning, Leadership and Organization Development from the University of Georgia. Her research centers on methodological and pedagogical inquiries of the structural forces shaping adult learning experiences and outcomes in educational and organizational contexts. She has used a variety of qualitative research methods and frameworks, including narrative inquiry, critical discourse analysis, collage/arts-based inquiry, post-qualitative research, and new materialism to understand and articulate adult learning and development.
