He is well versed in all aspects and phases of the grocery products industry, including sales management, account management, broker interaction, broker management, retail selling, supply chain analytics and category management. Bethel has a track record of achieving bottom line results, increasing sales, and developing people so they can advance in their careers.

Bethel had 15 years of experience with PepsiCo prior to his current role and in 2014 he was awarded the Harvey C. Russell Award, PepsiCo's highest honor, for his leadership in the PEPgives organization.
