Jonathan Koch believes in energizing and empowering diverse teams with a unifying mission, vision and values. With a wealth of experience leading large and complex global customer-centered organizations, Koch has a proven track record transforming businesses to drive innovation in evolving markets. He joined Fishawack Health in 2021 as chief executive officer. Having spent his entire career in healthcare, he is passionate about supporting life science companies in their mission to improve patients’ lives and drive faster access to life-saving therapies.

Prior to his current role, he was chief executive officer of the Global Dental Group at Henry Schein Inc.  He was responsible for overall leadership of the company’s largest business with $6 billion in annual sales and more than 12,000 employees. He oversaw strategic direction and business performance encompassing sales, marketing, operations, business development and technology.

Before joining Henry Schein, Koch was a senior executive at LabCorp. In his last position at the company, he served as executive vice president and group president of Covance Clinical Development and Commercialization Services, leading more than 11,000 employees in over 60 countries.

Preceding his time with Covance, he spent nine years with Charles River Laboratories in senior leadership roles of increasing responsibility and scope.
