Joe Mueller

Vice President of Purposeful Engagement, Kellanova

Joe Mueller currently serves as the vice president of purposeful Engagement at Kellanova since October 2023. 

Prior to this role, he held multiple key positions at Kellogg Company, including vice president of industry and customer development and vice president of the Walmart snacks team, where responsibility encompassed leadership and strategic business development for a $1.2 billion snacks division. Mueller successfully ushered the transition of the DSD business into a warehouse model and collaborated with various cross-functional teams to achieve consistently positive results. 

Before returning to Kellogg Company, he served as vice president of sales at Keurig Green Mountain, contributing significantly to the company’s growth within general merchandise, grocery, and e-commerce sectors. 

His extensive career at Kellogg Company began in 1995, encompassing roles such as agency team lead and vice president of sales for various categories. He holds a master’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor's degree in marketing management from Missouri State University.
