Casey Phillips' journey began in the classrooms of Western Michigan University where he gained the perfect foundation for a career that would span some of technology's most innovative companies.

After college, he moved from coding behind the scenes to putting advanced technology in the hands of everyday people. His talent lies in taking complex artificial intelligence solutions and making them feel simple and helpful to customers.

At Intuit, Phillips created conversation-based help systems for TurboTax that made tax filing less intimidating. His time at Uber focused on the seemingly simple yet incredibly complex challenge of matching riders with drivers where his innovations helped reduce wait times, improving experiences for both riders and drivers.

Today at eBay, Phillips is transforming online shopping experiences. He leads development of new AI-powered tools that help people find exactly what they're looking for, making it easier for people to discover products they'll love even across categories they may not have explored otherwise.
