Stephanie Postma is a seasoned business leader who heads the Agile practice at Hormel Foods.  Her career includes experience in retail field sales, category management, sales strategy, brand management and corporate strategy. She is dedicated to enhancing workplace efficiency and satisfaction through the innovative application of Agile practices, driven by her passion for problem solving. Her strategic mindset and inclusive approach have made her a catalyst for change—driving meaningful outcomes and fostering collaboration across teams.

Postma holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University and an MBA from the University of Iowa. She actively contributes to her community through various board memberships and mentorship programs.
