Widely recognized as one of the most influential recruiters in Silicon Valley, Kirsten Settle’s work involves supporting founders, CEOs, and boards by building the senior leadership teams driving the next generation of semiconductor, high-performance computing, and AI and machine learning systems technology innovation. Settle specializes in retained executive searches for top-tier finance, go-to-market, and engineering talent as well as CEO and board positions for global public and venture-backed enterprise companies.

Over the past few years, she has emerged as a thought leader on issues surrounding tech leadership, lending her expertise at events like KPMG's board diversity series as a guest speaker and providing commentary for video content, including the Amazon Web Services Startup Predictions series.

Prior to joining Lonergan Partners, Settle was the student founder of TechNext, an innovative entrepreneurship program for students at Western Michigan University. TechNext immerses aspiring student entrepreneurs in the technologies and companies of Silicon Valley. The program continues to thrive at the Haworth College of Business, impacting the lives of many students.

Settle graduated magna cum laude from WMU, completing an honors thesis in the Lee Honors College on her research from the TechNext program. She participated in many programs on campus including as a peer mentor, learning assistant and student ambassador, where leading campus tours sparked her passion for recruiting. She is forever grateful to be a Bronco!
