Vice President of Sales, VisionIT

Cindy Swiantek is the vice president of sales at Vision Integration Technologies (VisionIT). She comes to VisionIT with more than 25 years of experience using information technology solutions to solve customer business problems. Prior to joining VisionIT, she was senior vice president of cyber security and compliance, strategic accounts, at ANXeBusiness. Swiantek has held numerous vice president roles throughout her career focusing on organic growth and mergers and acquisitions. At VisionIT, she is instrumental in developing business development strategies for new and existing strategic accounts, ensuring effective account management and meeting established sales targets.

Known for her tireless work ethic, energy and hands-on approach to consultative sales, Swiantek has blazed a trail of multimillion-dollar achievements globally. As a trusted advisor, she has built a competitive advantage by fostering loyalty and collaborative problem solving.

Swiantek is a current board member and leads academic partnerships for the Michigan Council of Women in Technology. She holds a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University, as well as her Bachelor of Business Administration in computer information systems from Western Michigan University.
