Trevor E. Bilicke

Trevor E. Bilicke, born and raised in Albion, MI, is a 1989 WMU graduate of the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences with a BS in Industrial Engineering.  He was also a 4 year letter winner on the 1984-1987 Bronco football team at inside linebacker.  In 1987 he was recognized as the prestigious inaugural Ellis Scholar Athlete for athletics, academics, leadership and character.

Following his graduation with honors from WMU, he moved to St. Paul, MN where he joined 3M Company as a Manufacturing Engineer spending his initial three years working on projects around the country before settling into process engineering for polymeric films.  After 9 years in the technical ranks, he moved into management and has progressed in Manufacturing and Supply Chain positions in Pilot Plant, Manufacturing Plant and Operations management.  After 27 years with 3M, Trevor has now advanced to global Manufacturing and Supply Chain leadership for 3M.  In his current and third such role, he leads the global operations for one of 3M’s largest divisions in the electronic display market.

Trevor is married to Shelly and they have three children, Ryan (23), Jacob (19), and Lynsey (18).  Recent years have been spent being a dedicated fan of their sports and extracurricular endeavors, just as Trevor’s parents taught him, never missing any games, home or away.  He and Shelly also enjoy their backyard apiary, brewing beer, being active and riding their motorcycle.
