Eligibility requirements College of Engineering and Applied Sciences scholarships may apply. A separate application is required for departmental and program scholarships. College of Engineering and Applied Sciences Excellence Award
Four year awards for select high achieving students.
All admissions application materials are due March 1st of your senior year to be considered. Students who list a College of Engineering and Applied Sciences program as their major interest may be considered for the Excellence Award. Financial need may be considered. Annual awards typically range from $1,000 - $4,000.
There is no additional application for consideration. Awards to be announced in early Spring.
College of Engineering and Applied Sciences Multicultural Scholarship
Award: $2,000/year ($1,000 in each fall and spring semesters), renewable for up to 4 years, totaling $8,000 each.
Application and essay must be submitted or postmarked no later than March 1st of senior year. Must have completed FAFSA on file.
College of Engineering and Applied Sciences Leadership Scholarship
Four year awards range from $1,000 to $12,000 and may be disbursed over four years, as decided by the college scholarship committee.

CEAS FIRST Robotics Scholarship
Renewable scholarship will provide $4,000 per year for up to 4 years, totaling $16,000 for select applicants. The Scholarship Committee will select recipients from applicants who meet qualifications. Financial need may be considered. Must have completed FAFSA on file.
Deadline to apply is March 1st of senior year.

SME Education Foundation Scholarships
SME Education Foundation has awarded $18 million to over 5,000 students since 2005. Graduating high school seniors as well as students pursuing two-year, four-year or graduate degrees in manufacturing or engineering are eligible to apply for scholarships.
Applications are accepted from November 1 – February 1.

General Dynamics Land Systems Academic Excellence Award
Award: Up to $1,000 per academic year, renewable for one year. Must be currently enrolled in a CEAS program.
Applications with supporting material are due February 15.

Award: $1,000-1,500
Must be currently enrolled in a CEAS program.

Kohrman Scholarship Information
Kenneth Knight Scholarship
The award will be up to $5,000 per year for each of four scholarships and may be renewed for one additional year. Must be nominated by faculty member for consideration.

Castellano Family Engineering Scholarship
Award: $500 divided between fall and spring semesters. Must be currently enrolled in a CEAS program.
Application due February 15.

Monroe-Brown Foundation Scholarship
The Monroe-Brown Internship Program is dedicated to matching student interests with company needs for internships in the Southwest Michigan region. CEAS students may be eligible for one of several paid summer internships followed by a $2500 scholarship.
