Upcoming Student Competitions
Design-Build-Fly: Western's American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics will travel to Wichita, Kansas, April 21-25 for the annual competition that pits WMU students against other university teams. Read about Western's student organization.
Cast Expo and Congress: The WMU chapter of the American Foundry Society will continue competing during this conference in Columbus, Ohio, on April 23 to 26. This year's team found success at a recent regional competition in Wisconsin and are looking forward to more challenges.
VEXU World Championship: Fresh off a successful season in Michigan, WMU Bronco Robotics qualified for the Robotics World Championship! The team travels to Dallas, Texas, May 3-5 for the event.

Michigan International Speedway Formula SAE: Support your Bronco racing team, WMU Formula SAE by attending this in-person event at the Michigan International Speedway in Jackson. Can't attend, follow their social media or visit them online. Cheer on the team May 18-21. Spectators welcome on May 21 and 21.
