Jonathan Rees is an author, speaker and facilitative trainer specializing in helping people serve and thrive together.

Since leaving HP in 2010 he's been busy delivering workshops and keynote speeches to build resilience, personal effectivity, leadership capacity and team synergy with a wide range of organizations in the public and private sectors including: Avon & Somerset Police, Metropolitan Police, Durham Constabulary, Greater Manchester Police, Kent & Essex Police, Intel UK, EasyJet, EE, O2, Lloyds Banking Group, Standard Life and the University of Bristol where he’s a visiting fellow and lecturer.

Since running a workshop at the 2017 UK Police Superintendents Association national conference, he's delivered resilience workshops with more than 1000 police officers and staff across the UK and Ireland whilst developing the material for his book 'The Resilience Toolkit: Powerful ways to thrive in blue-light services’. 

Before 2010 he hid behind a mask of extensive experience in international IT, mainly working for HP - where he managed a worldwide IT development team and delivered consultancy. He has a degree from Brighton University, UK, in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, is a Master Practitioner of NLP and once ran the London Marathon in 2 hrs 51minutes.
