Bronco Signage Information and Frequently Asked Questions

There are eight main types of signage offered, (1) ADA Signage, Wayfinding, and Directories, (2) Dimensional and Vinyl Lettering, (3) Tobacco free signs, (4) Auto Wraps, (5) Printed Graphics with adhesion and without, (6) Window film, (7) Banners and (8) Desk Signs.  All signs will be delivered, and installed by the vendor. For signage requiring assembly and tools for installation will require WMU skilled personnel.

Signage purchases that are delivered fully assembled without tools necessary for installation.

As you develop the signage scope of work with the signage vendor, each order that can be installed with adhesion, free standing, or will not require tools can be coordinated between the purchaser and the approved signage vendor. All packaging material will be disposed by the vendor or the purchaser.

Signage purchases that are delivered and needing assembly and/or tools to install will require WMU skilled personnel.

As you develop the signage scope of work with the signage vendor, each order that requires assembly or tools to install will require WMU skilled personnel. Signage and the needed templates to install is to be delivered by the vendor to the address provided by the purchaser. Purchaser is to request for WMU skilled labor via the Bronco Project website and provide a funding source accordingly. Signage product should remain in the packaging and will be removed and disposed of by WMU skilled personnel once signage installation is complete.

Am I able to purchase signage offered on Bronco Signage directly?

Yes. Once your online request has been completed, the vendor will contact you directly to complete the ordering process. The purchaser is to complete the order with procurement payment information. All purchases are tax exempt.

When will my signage arrive?

Typically 1 to 4 weeks once order is placed. Communicate directly with the vendor to confirm the date.

How is the signage delivery coordinated if no assembly or installation is needed?

The vendor will deliver your signage to you. Work with the vendor to coordinate scheduling and access to your building location. Remove and dispose of package material.

If my signage needs to be installed without tools, what do I need to do?

Work directly with the signage vendor to coordinate scheduling and the process for them to access your location to complete the installation.

If my signage needs to be installed with tools, what do I need to do?

Two steps are needed:

Step 1: Place a Bronco Project request once your online signage order is complete with the signage vendor. Once you place your Bronco Project request, a work order will be issued and sent to you. Facilities Management Construction will contact you to coordinate the installation process and costs associated.

Step 2: Inform Facilities Management Construction once your signage has been delivered to your office. Construction will work with you to schedule the installation. This signage is to remain in the packaging material and will be removed and disposed of by WMU skilled personnel.

How should warranty issues be handled?

Two steps are needed.

Step 1: Take a photo of the signage and damage.

Step 2: Email the vendor where purchased and explain the situation and concern.
