Welcome to all our new Broncos!
This freshman class is 225 students! 74 students in art, 34 in dance, 73 in music and 44 in theatre. Our students come from 20 states including Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, Iowa, Texas, North Carolina, Minnesota, Colorado, California, Arizona, Connecticut, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Florida, Oklahoma and Alaska. We even have a student from Canada and a student from Colombia! 117 intend to live in a residence hall on campus. 188 plan to have a job outside of the classroom. The most popular names are Sophia, Grace, Kayla and Madeline. 25 went to Kalamazoo area high schools. Portage Central is the most commonly attended high school. Followed by Cass Tech, Traverse City West, Northwest and homeschoolers.
