Students majoring within the College of Fine Arts must apply and be accepted into both the College and Western Michigan University. You can apply concurrently to both WMU and the College, you do not have to wait until you are accepted by WMU.

Once you have submitted your application you will need to audition or undergo a portfolio review to be admitted.

Audition Days 

Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, the Department of Dance will not be holding in-person auditions during the 2020-21 academic year.  We are currently developing video audition requirements and creating  a new process for submission of a video audition for entrance into the department for 2021-22 academic year.

Currently scheduled online. To guarantee a place on the schedule, applications must be received at least 2 weeks before your desired NSAD date. No changes will be made within 7 days of a given NSAD.
