Bella Cascioli - Alumni

KALAMAZOO, Mich.—Western Michigan University graduate Bella Cascioli has made a seamless transition from student to professional, thanks to her hands-on experience at Unified Clinics. A recent graduate of the Health Administration program, Cascioli began her journey in fall 2023 as a student worker, quickly proving herself as a dedicated and capable team member.
Her commitment led to a summer internship with Unified Clinics, where she deepened her understanding of clinical operations and patient-centered care. Now, Cascioli has officially joined the team as a Clinical Operations Assistant, a role in which she coordinates and streamlines daily clinic operations across multiple service lines to ensure efficient, patient-focused care.
Cascioli’s story is a testament to the value of experiential learning and the strong partnerships between WMU academic programs and campus-based clinical services. Her journey reflects the mission of CHHS to prepare students for impactful careers in health and human services.
