Darby Fetzer - Dean's Advisory Board

Darby Fetzer, OT, MAOM, EQC is a 4-time certified Emotional Intelligence (EQ) instructor with a master’s degree in organizational management.  Formerly a school board president, occupational therapist, and wellness coach, Darby is a mother to three adult daughters. For 10 years, she has passionately facilitated EQ workshops for executive teams, companies, universities and non-profit groups. Darby dynamically empowers individuals, catalyzes effective relationship-based communication and enhances organizational culture and productivity.
