Week of Caring 2020 | February 17-21
The Week of Caring presents an opportunity for the college - students, staff and faculty - to come together to show our support for one another in many ways. There will be events at multiple locations.
Kalamazoo activities
All week long
- We will collect non-perishable food items all week in the CHHS atrium to support the Invisible Need food pantry.
- We will also have a Gratitude Wall, where you will be able to write an anonymous note of thanks to anyone in the college who has helped you out in any way.
- Snacks will be available at all Week of Caring events.
Daily activities
- Monday - Chair Massages - 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
10 minute massages available in the CHHS atrium - Tuesday - Guided Meditation - every half hour beginning at 11 a.m.
15 minute guided meditation in CHHS room 1016 - Wednesday - Interactive Talk - noon to 1 p.m.
Topic: How kindness impacts health, CHHS room 1087 - Thursday - Resource Fair - 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the CHHS atrium

- Monday and Wednesday, Feb. 17 and 19
Feb. 17 - 5 to 6 p.m. - Mindful mediation, Pizza
Feb. 19 - 4:30 to 6 p.m. - Holton Wellness Resource Table, self-care information, Kind bars

Benton Harbor Activities
- Tuesday and Wednesday, Feb. 18 and 19
- 4:30 to 4:45 p.m. - Meditation Practice
- 5 to 5:45 p.m. - Pizza & Kind Bars & self care vendor station
- 4:50 to 8 p.m. - Kindness & Gratitude wall available
