Doctor of Philosophy in Education and Human Development - Organizational Change Leadership
The College of Education and Human Development offers a Doctor of Philosophy in Education and Human Development (PHD-EHD) with an emphasis on Organization Change Leadership. The PHD-EHD degree allows incoming students with a master’s degree to further their education and training in the field of organizational change leadership. The program prepares students to be the next generation of organizational change leaders and scholars by focusing on coursework in organizational theory and research, organizational change research methods and organizational practice interventions.
