Karen VanDeusen

Dr. VanDeusen joined the School of Social Work faculty in 1999. She teaches courses in interpersonal practice with individuals and families, human behavior and in the social environment, groups and organizations, psychopathology, and research. Her clinical experience and research are in the areas of childhood sexual abuse, adolescent and adult sexual assault, male sexual aggression, post-traumatic stress, and vicarious trauma in clinicians who treat traumatized clients.
