Escape Room: The Haunting of Haworth Hall

Theme

For decades, the Haworth College of Business has hidden the truth about a failed paranormal experience conducted beneath the building in the 1980’s. During finals week, the containment system begins failing:

• Lights throughout Haworth flicker without warning, especially in the basement and finance wing
• Elevators stop randomly on a mysterious “4th floor” that does not appear on any building map
• Ghostly announcements interrupt classes and study sessions with distorted messages from former students
• Vending machines dispense strange items: old student IDs, red pens, business cards and handwritten notes
• Students report seeing apparitions wandering the halls late at night, particularly near the advising office and lecture halls

Your team has been recruited as the college’s emergency paranormal response unit. You have 40 minutes to:

1. Discover what caused the containment breach
2. Restore the paranormal grid
3. Trap the entity before the college becomes permanently haunted

If you fail, every student in the college will be trapped, reliving finals week forever.

Participation

Students must register for an available time slot. The room is designed to accommodate a team of five.
