Self-Care = Survival: Self-care Strategies for Healthcare Providers

This is a live, in-person event consisting of lecture and discussion. The objectives include 1) describe the relationship between self-care and sustainability of health and human services professionals, 2) identify structural barriers and facilitators to self-care, and 3) identify strategies to improve self-care practices in clinical and academic settings.
Cost: $15 for Sigma members. $20 for all others.
Location: Room 4010 at the College of Health and Human Services - 1200 Oakland Drive, Kalamazoo, MI 49008.
