Ad Hoc Academic Innovation and Foresight Committee Members

MEMBERSHIP: The composition of the committee shall include at least 12 members including the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost and, or their designee; the Chief Information Officer or their designee; a representative from the Office of Faculty Development; and seven faculty members appointed by the Faculty Senate Executive Board (one from each academic college and one at large), and the Faculty Senate President or Executive Board designee as an ex officio member; and one undergraduate student selected by the Western Student Association.

The AdHoc-AIFC requires 7 out of 12 voting members to be in attendance to establish quorum, as long as there are no Vacant seats, any Vacant seat(s) should be removed from the voting member total so that one more than half of the new total is needed for quorum. (*indicates a non-voting member).
