The Department of Biological Sciences at Western Michigan University occasionally seeks individuals to teach on a part-time basis. If you are interested in being considered as a part-time instructor in our department please submit the application form.

Students are also encouraged to apply for the Learning Assistant Program. Learning Assistants provide support to other students through in-class activities, direct tutoring, and group study sessions. LA's also assist professors with various activities. Expect the time commitment to be approximately 10 hours per week. Please reach out to your instructor if you are interested.
