We are listing below changes to specific deadlines that we have received due to COVID-19 General agency guidance on late proposals in the Agency Guidance section.   
  • Air Force Research Laboratory
    Guidance for Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) No Cost Extensions (NCEs)
  • Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP)
    Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Research Program (ALSRP) Pre-Application deadline moved to April 15 5 p.m. ET 
    Autism Research Program (ARP) Pre-Application deadline moved to April 28 5 p.m. ET 
    Ovarian Cancer Research Program (OCRP) Pre-Application deadline moved to April 30 5 p.m. ET
  • NASA
    SBIR/STTR Program Phase I proposals deadline has been extended to April 20 at 5 p.m. ET
    Space Technology Mission Directorate – Early Career Faculty (80HQTR20NOA01-20ECF_B1) Extended to April 22, 2020
  • NEA
    Research Grants in the Arts and NEA Research Labs deadlines have been extended Part 1 deadline extended to April 13, 2020 and Part 2 deadline extended to April 23, 2020 
  • NIH 
    NIH has announced that all grant applications submitted late for due dates between March 9, 2020, and May 1, 2020, will be accepted through May 1, 2020. This notice applies to all relevant funding opportunity announcements, including those that indicate no late applications will be accepted. Institutions need not request advance permission to submit late due to this declared emergency and a cover letter providing a justification is not required.

    S-STEM deadline moved to April 22 5 p.m. ET
    NSF List of COVID-19 Impact on Existing Deadlines
  • The Smithsonian Astrophysics Observatory Chandra Cycle 22 deadline is moved to April 26 p.m. EDT for all proposers.
  • Space Telescope Science Institute JWST Cycle 1 GO proposals to no earlier than May 27 2020. We are continuing to monitor the situation, and will provide an update on the schedule on April 15th 2020.
