Julia Kosanovich

Julia Kosanovich earned a B.A. in Theatre with an emphasis in Design and Production from Western Michigan and went on to earn her M.F.A. in Costume Design at Florida State University. After graduating she moved to New Jersey and worked as the Assistant Costume Shop Manager at George Street Playhouse for two years before she took the position of Assistant Costume Shop Manager at Princeton University. During the summers she typically works as a Draper at The Glimmerglass Festival in Cooperstown, NY. Julia’s time in the northeast has given her the opportunity to work with a variety of designers, which has allowed her to hone her skills as a collaborator. Outside of work, she enjoys making clothing for her two young nieces, quilting, and knitting.
