President's Performance Sponsorship Opportunities

The Western Michigan University Theatre Guild is a community support organization for WMU’s nationally recognized Department of Theatre.  The Guild raises funds to provide scholarships and professional development opportunities for the students

About the Event

The President's Performance will take place this year on Friday, April 12, 2024. 

The evening kicks off with a lively cocktail hour featuring delectable hors d’oeuvres from some of Kalamazoo's favorite local restaurants. Our talented students ar featured in live entertainment, and President Montgomery will share special remarks to set the stage for an extraordinary evening.

But that's just the beginning! Following the cocktail hour, guests will take in a performance of  the fun, surprising underwater musical adventure, Spongebob The Musical! After the curtain falls, guests will indulge in a post-show reception featuring an array of local mouthwatering desserts. There will be an opportunity to mingle with the cast, designers, and crew!

Attendance not only guarantees a night of entertainment but also contributes to student scholarships and professional development opportunities.
