Ann Ditlow is a seasoned financial professional, with over eight years of experience using data to drive strategic decision making. She’s fueled by her passion for transforming data into strategies that advance organizational success.

On top of her passion for finance, Ditlow has pursued continuing education to maximize her professional knowledge. Earning an MBA at WMU Haworth and a Commercial Banking & Credit Analyst (CBCA) certification through the Corporate Finance Institute has equipped her with advanced aptitude, helping her thrive in the field.

Ditlow’s career spans industries including biotechnology, HR compliance and financial services, where she has delivered innovative solutions, led complex projects and mentored emerging professionals. She currently leads a team of analysts at 4Front Credit Union, overseeing financial planning and modeling, interest and liquidity risk management, asset liability management, forecasting and business intelligence for a financial institution with over $1 billion in assets.

Committed to the future of finance, Ditlow is a member of FUEL Michigan, a program that fosters leadership in the credit union movement. In addition, she’s a volunteer with Junior Achievement, an organization that seeks to empower young people with financial literacy and career readiness skills.

Hobbies:

“Hydroponic gardening. I have eight different kinds of lettuces, many, many herbs and vegetables, golden oyster mushrooms, and herbs and flowers for tea growing in hydroponic systems in my basement.”
