Michael Howell is a serial entrepreneur and senior executive with investment and management experience. He currently serves as the CEO of Harmony Dental Partners, a company that owns and operates family dental practices in Arizona.He began his career at Deloitte & Touche in auditing and management consulting. Eventually, he founded and became CEO of a national automotive holding company. After his first foray into entrepreneurship, he became a co-founder, owner, board member and director of worldwide sales and marketing for an international dental technology company.
Howell founded a national mobile dental company, ReachOut Healthcare America with the mission of providing dental care to the U.S. armed forces, as well as children and seniors living in poverty. Today, RHA provides care to millions of children in more than 9,000 schools, homeless shelters and foster programs in 31 states.
Howell is a founding member of the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health and a board member of the Catholic Charities Social Services of Arizona. He previously served on the board of directors for Marygrove College. Howell was honored by Western Michigan University’s Lee Honors College as an outstanding alumnus in 2018.
