A graduate of the computer information systems program at WMU Haworth, Brandon Humphrey has put his bachelor’s degree to the test in various technical roles. He started his career as a database manager constructing dashboards for a small, startup firm in the West Michigan area. Looking to advance into a new field, Humphrey joined Stryker as a project team member in a master data management analyst position—cleaning up records in preparation for a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system merger and uncovering efficiencies for the company along the way. 

He took his talents to Kalsec as a sales analyst to complete another ERP system merger. With this assignment, Humphrey made improvements that sped up the contract and pricing processes by over 70% which, consequentially, sped up his promotion schedule. He is now a business analyst at Kalsec, with other noteworthy achievements on his resume such as becoming a certified Salesforce Administrator, a team member on a special project that focuses on pricing and risk management and an MBA degree earner from WMU. 

Humphrey also excels at building meaningful connections. He is the varsity women’s basketball coach for Portage Northern High School with over 10 years of coaching experience. He also enjoys golfing, hiking, hunting and spending time outdoors.
