Founder, Athletes Beyond Campus Football, BuzzU Inc. and Novoselsky Media LLC

Being named a four-time Academic All-MAC team member, while earning a B.B.A. and an MBA, is not a typical career path, but Zach Novoselsky isn’t your ordinary business professional. After a football career at Western Michigan University, Novoselsky scored a touchdown when he founded several businesses and initiatives following graduation.

He is the founder of Athletes Beyond Campus Football, an organization that connects athletes who have recently graduated from college to younger people in the community for training and mentorship opportunities. To date, Athletes Beyond Campus Football has assisted thousands of younger players in improving their athletic performance and teamwork skills. It is clear Novoselsky is enthusiastic about making connections, starting Novoselsky Media LLC in 2020, a social media management company that handles platforms for different businesses in the Kalamazoo area.

Valuing the lessons learned as a student-athlete, Novoselsky used many of his experiences to inspire his latest venture—BuzzU Inc. is a subscription-based software corporation that aims to democratize the name, image and likeness industry for years to come by putting the power back in the players’ hands.
