Danny Rogers is a dynamic sales professional known for his leadership, innovation and commitment to excellence. Recently promoted to regional business manager in the Urology and Critical Care division at Becton Dickinson (BD), he oversees the southwest region of the U.S., leading a team of nine. Rogers’ success is driven by his passion for ensuring that health care professionals have the most effective and efficient technology to better serve their patients.

Rogers has received multiple accolades over his five-year tenure at BD, including two President’s Club Awards, a Master’s Club recognition for achieving a top three cumulative growth over three years and the prestigious Winner’s Circle Award. His exceptional sales performance includes more than $2.7 million in growth in a single year and a historic $5 million in growth in his territory over three years.

In addition to his role at BD, Rogers is also the founder of Rogers Capital, a real estate investing business, where he has demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit by raising nearly $2 million in investor capital through various real estate syndications and business ownership.

Rogers is also dedicated to mentorship and development both within BD and externally. His favorite development opportunities include speaking at Western Michigan University and at national sales meetings to provide others the same development he received early in his career. He has also volunteered as an Eagle Scout and supports WMU through recruitment events and competitions.
