Poised in entrepreneurial activism and global empowerment, Meagan Ward is founder of Detroit’s first modern business lounge for women, FEMOLOGY, owner of Creatively Flawless Branding Agency, and creator of The Powerful Women, a movement highlighting powerful women in Detroit.

Ward’s first business, Creatively Flawless, has serviced hundreds of women across the nation in the firsthand development of their strategic and visual branding. Ward’s vocal advocacy for women’s integration and progress has led her to become an appointed speaker for the U.S. Embassy on women’s empowerment. Upon earning this permanent position in 2017, Ward was called to share perspective on a global scale in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia. Diving into change making engagement with international leaders while speaking before policy makers at the United Nations Women Conference is another one of the many tables where Ward has earned a pivotal seat.

Ward has received a variety of notable honors, including the 2018 Career Mastered Emerging Leader award, Detroit Young Professionals Vanguard award, Essence Magazine’s Young Phenom, Crain’s 20 in their 20’s, and more. She has also been recognized and featured in Black Enterprise, The Huffington Post, Rolling Out and a host of others. Her dedicated brand work has been displayed in Times Square, Target, Vogue and Essence, among others.

Ward received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Michigan University in 2013.
