Bio:

Dr. Rojhani teaches a variety of core courses in the nutrition and dietetics program. She is also the director of undergraduate program in nutrition and dietetics. Her research interests include prevention and control of maternal and childhood iron deficiency anemia, nutrition education targeted at underserved populations, and sensory and physical properties of novel food products.
