Western Michigan University Mail Services department assists University departments with a variety of mailing needs. We encourage you to contact us with any questions at all. Please note: University Mail Services does not handle any student mail or packages. All student mail and packages must be processed through the local United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx or other local carriers.

Hours of operation
The mail center is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each working day.
Scheduled delivery and pickup times
Scheduled mail routes, pick-up and delivery occur Monday through Friday from 9:05 a.m. to 2:38 p.m. Refer to the mail route schedule for specific delivery times by building. Route times are approximate and subject to change.
For special mail or large mail picks-ups, call shipping and receiving at 7-8811.
In order to deliver outgoing mail to the USPS and provide outgoing UPS package pickup in a timely manner, department outgoing mail and packages must be received by mail services for processing before 3:00 p.m. Mail picked up or dropped off after 3:00 p.m. will be processed and sent to the post office the next business day.
