Maintenance Stores

Overview

Maintenance stores stocks maintenance and repair items for the University community. This includes electrical, plumbing, hardware, carpentry, refrigeration, key supplies, sheet metal and tools.

Procurement Process:

Standard Maintenance and Repair Items

• Call-in or email orders to Carol Case
  • Office # (269) 387-8808
  • Email: carol.case@wmich.edu 
• Provide parts numbers, quantities and fund/cost center 
• Products will be staged for pick up during warehouse hours.

Office Supplies

• Email Order Form to maint-stores@mich.edu
• Expect delivery on Tuesday and Thursdays
  • Standard office supplies delivered to your mailbox
  • Copy paper will be delivered to your office area
• Pay via Fund/Cost Center
  • Billing will occur monthly
