Mail services does not oversee the delivery of Western Michigan University residential mail for students living on campus. Mail addressed to students living in University residences on campus is delivered by the United States Postal Service to the resident halls, Spindler Hall and WMU Apartments. Mail boxes within the student residences are supervised by residential staff.
If you have a mailing addressed to students on campus, mail services is able to deliver large mailings to residential students through the interdepartmental mail delivery system. Contact mail services at (269) 387-8812. Using this service rather than USPS first class mail will result in considerable savings to your department.
Please note: Apartment-style residences receive mail via street delivery from the USPS and cannot be serviced by interdepartmental mail.
