Resources for Vendors
Prospective Vendors of general goods & services
Organizations interested in conducting business with Western Michigan University must complete and submit a vendor application. Applications are reviewed on a monthly basis and the vendor will be contacted with any questions or concerns. If approved, vendors are added to the Purchasing Master Vendor List. Vendors from this list are invited to bid on future projects as applicable.
- Vendor/Bidder Application: This application is to be completed by all vendor types with the exception of contractors (see below).
construction contractors
Contractors interested in being qualified for upcoming bids and projects must submit a contractor qualification document. These are reviewed by personnel in WMU Facilities Management. If approved, contractors are added to the Purchasing Master Vendor List. Vendors from this list are invited to bid on future projects as applicable.
- Contractor Qualification Form: This application is to be completed by all contractors providing construction-related services.
