O'Neill and Waldofsky

KALAMAZOO, Mich.—The entrepreneurs behind a local craft brewery and taphouse will be the next speakers in the Entrepreneurship Forum Speaker Series at Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business.

Chris O'Neill and T.J. Waldofsky, founders of One Well Brewing, will speak at 8 a.m. Friday, Dec. 9, in 2150 Schneider Hall. The event is free and open to the public and begins with breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (269) 387-5964 or at wmich.edu/business/e-rsvp. Free parking is available in Fetzer Center Lot 72F.

One Well Brewing

Launched in 2014, O'Neill and Waldofsky's vision for One Well was to help grow the craft brewing community by building a business that provides a quality, locally produced product that can help provide jobs and grow both the Kalamazoo and Michigan economies.

The two founders bring unique backgrounds to the One Well experience. O'Neill spent a decade as an avid homebrewer, immersing himself in the culture of craft beer, while Waldofsky focused on experiencing the atmosphere of breweries and brewpubs around the world. Both hoped to bring their visions to life in Kalamazoo.

One Well is committed to sustainability and design, using reclaimed and upcycled materials in the brewery's taphouse while creating an authentic experience for their guests.
